If you can afford to do it,rent or buy an RV.Travel all over this beautiful country. My dad has an RV and I would love to have time and take that thing out to The Grand Canyon and all the natural parks in the west.Enjoy every day you have.Remember, birthdays are just another number.

You have reached a very tough time in life. Nobody wants to hire you and nobody really wants to pal around with you..the babes like younger types of BIG SPENDERS

It time to think about what you want. Maybe you can travel to various NSRA events..or just go camping or maybe your into home projects. Its different for everybody and what works for me may not work for you.

But one thing I have noticed is how many things you can just look at and study that you could not find time to appreciate before...like the color of the trees and your envirenment.
Take long walks or bike rides...maybe get a Harley and see the world...maybe take a cruse and see foreign lands. Only restrictions you should have is money ...if you got it then live up all the things you had no time for before...visit the kids but don't stay longer than a few days.
don't fall into a rut of doing the same thing every day..seek alternative thoughts get out of the box! If you got a street rod update it or trade for another project. Take some time 'scheduled' time to fix all those things you got waiting like the home honey dos...

Time will fly and you suddenly are not able to keep up...Do not accept projects that others have obviously generated for you ...find your own so you can enjoy its completion and make you own schedule. Do not take long naps every day once in a while is okay but do not make it a habit

Visit community centers in your area maybe some activities will interest you..do not visit the old workplace..its depressing...
Enjoy the simple things in life you been overlooking.

What do YOU want to do?

How old do you feel?

when I grow up, I want to be retired. but at the rate i'm going, I'll probably have to work forever. best advice i can give,(with all my years of wisdom) is to stay active. doesn't much matter what, as long as it's something that doesn't make you miserable.

you could cruise the garage sales coast to coast looking for old craftsman tools to add to your collection.

Aw come on Dave. Surely you've stocked up enough toys to keep you buys for a while

Happy early birthday, I hope it's one to remember.
