I want to channel my 54 chevy 210. Where do I start? Right now I've cut the floors out of the from and trunk. The frame is exposed. What next? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks fellas!

To start with did you measure anything before you cut the floors out. Did you think about where the engine might sit, or how much you can channel it, or will you hit anything, will you have to "Z" the frame on both ends, how far up in the fenders my wheels will go.

If you did none of this, and the car is still sitting on the frame on the body mounts you had better get the tape out, you didn't say any thing about it just that you cut the floors out.

You really should brace it before cutting anything else...get some pics of it too...
