Cool Charger possibility?

Hello from a new member! I have recently started a project on a 72' Chevy C-20. I'm a novice at restoration and have some "ancient" experience with hot rods from about 30 years ago. So; the Chevy is my direction right?...Maybe not! I live in the woods in Central Oregon. The other day I was driving to check out a log home project not too far from my house, and somthin' caught my eye. What looked to be a (1970?) Dodge Charger sitting in a field next to a mobile home. The body looked straight (from 100 feet away) But there it sits....rotting. The place was completely fenced and a not too friendly pit bull refused to welcome me. So I'm thinkin'; (as probably many of you would too); "I'm gonna write to the guy; and offer him my 72 chevy in trade for the Charger! (I really can't afford to do two projects; and my wife says she doesn't want our place to look like a junk yard) Or if he won't trade...I'll sell my ATV...or my trailer.....or my house.....(get a grip!) So anyway; I'm kind of a Chrysler guy from a way back. I was just wonderin what some of you thought...being as 72' Chevy trucks are a dime a dozen and straight Chargers are...........just totally *****in!? Might it be worth giving yer left juevo for?

What kinda shape is the truck in?? What kinda shape is the Charger in?? I wouldnt offer the truck up front, just tell him youre interested in that Charger.. and want to check it out. Its all up to you...the truck would cost less (parts) but who dont want a Charger??

Traiding's not easy

Up front your truck will have to be right. No junk in the bed and clean as possible cause the guy with the Charger has the advantage all the way. Good luck dude! Let us know how it goes.
