Is it better to go to a alternator with a built in voltage reg or stick with an extenal reg. I can't get my charging system to stay with it's range of 13.6 to 14.6 and everything is new and has been checked out. If I decide to go with an aternator with a built in voltage reg is hard to cange over/
What kind of alternator? What are the high and low readings?
