chassi difference
Is there anyone out there who knows if there is any
difference between a Pontiac Silverstreak-48,2d fastback and a Chevy Fleetline -48, 2d fastback ?? Im kinda think that its allmost the same width in the rear but I dont know for sure. I be very :-)) for ANY help !! Take care

they are the same except for a few body panels.

Even in 48 Chevy and Pontiac shared the same body, I believe the Pontiac may have had a longer wheelbase (at least the 8cylinder ones), but I think that may be in the front sheetmetal, not the body.

do any of u guys know if the chevy 350 will fit in the chassis for the 1979 Trans Am that normally has a Pontiac 400ci?
