Chassis build

Looking for books on chassis design, building new frame and suspension for 65 Chevy c-10.

Bear in mind that the Nascar Cup cars use 60-66 GM truck trailing arms ...and they corner at 180mph. Something to think about in your design.

the front ends in these trucks are pretty darn good too, and the torsion bar 60-62s are sweet riding.

Steve Smith autosports has about the most complete inventory of chassis books and software that I know about..

73 - 87 pickup front suspension is an "all but a bolt-in" swap.

Cheap and easy way to add a front sway bar as well.
I'm using a beefy 1-1/8" one from the 1979 C20 3+3 Camper Special "donor" truck that my 454 came out of.

Replace the bushings and bolts in those trailing arms, and they'll be better than new.
