OK, I went through the purchase process for the glue from AHturff and it came up shipping via UPS ground for $38. Best so far at $59 total, but I'm pretty sure if I complete the order I'll get an email saying they can't ship to me.

What the h, I'll give it a try and let you know.

Got an email from ahturff today. The gallon of glue is backordered. 10 days before they ship. Starting to think they are having second thoughts about shipping across the border.

So I tried to order a gallon of the glue from AHTurf. The order was accepted, and then received an email it was backordered. Waited 2 weeks and finally phoned them. Girl on the phone couldn't find the order. Just recieved an email apologizing and saying the order had been canceled and refunded because they can't ship across the border. I'll keep looking for a Canadian supplier.

Why don't you call your local trimmer and see where he gets his. I occasionally go to the trim shop in my area with a quart jar and ask to buy some. They buy it in 5 gallon cans and are usually willing to pore you off a quart and sell it to you.

I did that a couple of weeks ago, but now I need more.He's a really nice guy but I feel like I'm bothering him. Already need to ask for more of the 1/8 closed cell foam. Would prefer to buy it from a re-sale place.

I have found a foam shop that buys from a company that has a glue that seems to be correct, and they have agreed to bring in a gallon for me. Just have to go in and pay for it first. Hopefully it'll do the job:
