cheep paint wont fade fast

I have a 4x4 that sees the woods so don't wont to spend a lot on something that gets scratched. Years ago i went black with ppg. Learned from that. So I changed to orange. looks good even with scratches. i got some safety orange from work used on trash cans. its industrial enamel. The paint is very tough but fades fast. I can wet sand and polish back. I was thinking of top coating with summit single stage. Is this a good paint not to fade are is there something better with out spending alot. Maybe even a UV clear

You should be able to clearcoat either one of those.
Most all clearcoats have UV inhibitors, it definetly
will help against the fading.
