Chemical paint stripper in my area??

Looking for a place to tank the body tub from my 53 chevrolet in the northern Wisconsin area. Chemically strip the rust and paint. Anyone? Thanks

Heres one in a quick search, I'll look for more, Not having it done before not exactly sure of who all does it around here. I sand, use paint stripper, or carefully blast working at home. Make sure you do a search on body dipping on here so you know what things to watch for and ask. I know the guys here have covered it before. Ohh yeah, nice area you live in. I went to eagle river with a friend of mine a few years ago to his girlfriends dads cabin. Was pretty cool other then all the construction we went through to get there. I think it was pike lake, or dead pike lake, something wierd. Didn't catch much but a few nice bass which weren't legal to keep at the time. Maybe bob (baddbob) knows of some place, he is not real far, from the U.P. or dewey (cboy) and shnitz who are also from your area.

i'm sure dipping has come a long way but my experience with it was a nightmare. i spent several years fixing 3 model a's that we dipped. my happiest day was when the last one was sold. if i were to chance it again i would demand a warranty in writing.

What happens when you have bondo on some of your pannels? Do you have to bondo it after, or before it's dipped??
