i have a 1970 Chevelle ss 454 orignal #s matching should i bore out the motor to get more hp or leave it for the value???

IMO on a totally original car I wouldn't bore the engine anymore than necessary. Just my $.02

If it's worn out, a re-bore might help power noticeably, but not because the bore's any bigger. It helps because the new rings (and valves, if you fix them too) are sealing better. If it's not worn out, and everything's sealing fine, "boring it out" wouldn't do much at all.
