The qtr panel goes over that any way right? As long as the qtr lines up with the door who cares what shape it is . Its aftermarket? An old body man i learned from long ago used to say you cant see both sides of the car at the same time?

#1 Check your parts fit on the origional. Then match it or better it. Whatever it takes.
I spent 2 days trying to make an aftermarket fender fit the aftermarket headlight door, and grill, and hood, and door, all at the same time. on a 67 chevelle. I ended up having to cut the fender into about 3 pieces, and re-shaping it then welding it back together. (was supposed to be the best you can get) |

You would think that with the popularity of the Chevelle, they could get these part right.
Nothing seems to go together correctly on these car swhen it comes to re-pops Had the same issues with a few of the 59 Chevy parts as well. Seems most of those parts were all 95% the size of actual original parts. |
