If a 327 - V8 is 275 H.P. in 1967 and it came from the factory with high performance heads (double hump markings) what would the horsepower rating be ?

LOL...It would depend on the block casting number...But the Maximum "High Output" 327 produced that year was 350 HP. In 65..They had one max output of 375! (I'm assuming Corvette) Send me your casting number and I can tell you what it came off the line with, in 67. Doc [/size]

The 275hp came with camerlbacks. It's probably got a rochester carb if it's still stock. The real hp was probably about 200.

A 327 V8 with 275 hp in 67 would still have 275 hp today if it was fresh...not worn out? You stated the horsepower rating yourself.
