Chevy 3 speeds

I need a little help. 3 Speed manual Transmission that I know of come in 4 different ways. This is how I identify them.

1. No Line 168 2nd gear
2. 1 Line 172 2nd gear I think
3. 2 Line 184 2nd gear I think
4. 3 Line 189 2nd gear

Are all of these Saginaws? I'm looking for 3 line Tranny's. I don't know how to identify them on ebay though.

Don't forget that Chevy also used an HD Muncie and an HD Borg-Warner (M16), usually behind big blocks. I don't remember what their 2nd gears are, but their 1st gears are in the 2.4 - 2.5 range. They are scarce, but I've found them better than the Saginaws.

You can find tons of Saginaws in boneyards. Ebay has gone off the scale with their prices...plus you're facing about $100 shipping.
