I am confused about what you are trying to bolt on. There are Chevy's with stock oil coolers, but the only part bolted on the engine is a thick oil filter adapter that has fittings for the cooler hoses. From there the hoses go up to the cooler mounted in front of the radiator.
If you are just trying to bolt the adapter on the engine, you can look up the size of the bolts for a stock 350 oil filter adapter and just trying using some bolts that are a little longer.
