If the S-blazer ( not the full-size Blazer, and not the newer Trailblazer ) is also 4WD, then the front half is the same.

... And, as long as its not the ZR2. Completely different frame.

The pick up and Blazer are different, the pick up frame kicks up behind the cab for the box.
