Question Chevy engine on Flathead Ford frame?

Hey guys, I am not familiar with the flathead frame. I am keeping the flathead in one of my 1950 Lincolns, but sometime down the road I will probably start on the other 50 Lincoln and I would like to put a Chevy engine in that other one. (Big block or small block - haven't decided yet / don't even know if there is room for the big block, hence the post) Anyway... Am I able to drop a Chevy in there with the current frame? Can I fabricate mounts with the current configuration, or will I have to do a frame swap? I just posted some pictures of the engine compartment of the other 50 Linc.
I've seen '49 Mercs that people have put on 78 Olds frames (if I remember correctly?) How hard is that kind of frame swap?
I appreciate any advice you can give me.

Thanks guys!

Rock on and God bless...

Plenty of room and adapters are available if you don't wish to make your own. Check out Speedway Motors.
