Chevy fender removal help

I have a 1978 Chevy truck that i'm parting out. And i have some one wanting the front fenders off the truck.
I would like some information on how to remove them. Please note that the truck is out side and the removal will be taking place out side. Also that it is winter in Canada so it is cold out -17 *c or about 0*f. For this reason i need to know all the tips tricks and everything else to get the fenders off in a short amount of time. I have never taken fenders off before so even if you think it's some thing everyone knows, I probably don't.

Thanks for any and all info
John

Lots of bolts............... after removing the hood, there are bolts at the cab in the engine compartment and behind the fender, one at the bottom. There are 5-6 that bolt into the inner fender in the wheelwell, and several at the core support. The headlight covers, and stuff inside the core support(battery, etc) will be in the way.

borrow somebody's garage to pull it into, I know how froze your fingertips can get in this weather, it's smilar here.

You could probably save some time by taking the whole front clip off in one chunk, two radiator support bolts, about 12 fender to cab bolts, unplug the wiring from the firewall, give him the whole front and tell him to bring back the other pieces, just a thought, Bob
