Chevy pickup seat swap?

Will a custom leather bench seat from a 1995 Chevy regular cab pickup fit a 1977 GMC regular cab pickup?

I have found one I would like to buy but it is on the internet and I am not sure what is required to make it fit or if it is a straight bolt in.

Thanks for your help!

If it fits measurements-wise, you can put it in. The deal is to measure the width of your floor and subtract 3 inches ... if the new seat is that width or less, it'll go in ... but you may have to make adjustments to mount it ... the bolts may be in different spots (no big deal there) and the height of the seat may not be what you want - in which case you make a new subframe to mount it to.

I've stopped off at a used car dealer and broke out the tape measure, tablet and pencil before.

Usually when the salesman comes around I say I'm just checking to see if the wife myself and a childs car seat will fit and I will get back to him if I need anything. They pretty much leave you alone after that.
