Sorry, I'm yet to be convinced that electric cars are the way to tranquility.
BTW: consumer reports recently got an astounding 25 miles to a charge on the Volt. they felt it was due to the cold weather and the fact that the heater is electric powered also, which sucked up the juice during the cold test drive.
perhaps they need a gas powered heater!!

I havent done the math on his ,think about how much the volt costs,how long is the battery gonna last before replacement and how much it costs to replace the battery vs. buying a new Malibu wiyh the 6 speed trans,looks n runs great ,my wife drives one and she gets close to 40mpg.
As for me Im in agreement that the more gas they use the better they are
