firewall shopping

The Bichin' wall in my '38 was a perfect fit, although its a SBC...just an indicator of quality though. As a matter of fact, evrything I've gotten from them has been spot on.....I would expect a BBC wall to be so as well.
Good luck

I used a Bichen in mine also, but I have heard that Direct is equally as good (and, a little cheaper)-

I have used both Direct and *****in and have not been able to tell any difference in either except for the slightly cheaper price of Direct. Direct floor board parts will fit correctly with the either firewall and vice-verse the *****in to the Direct.

A side note: I had ordered a Bitc*in fire wall at the time they were moving their operation. They advised me that it would be about a 6 week delay in delivery and recommended Direct if I needed immediate delivery. That showed a bit of class to their operation and keeps them at the top of the service list in my opinion.
