choosing cam and heads

hey buds im trying to build a street engine 383 stroker with a 9.5:1 comp ratio mainly for mpg and street performance i want to make 365 hp i will also be using 3.73s i know im a moron but im just trying to learn some stuff i have no clue on how to choose a cam

The Edelbrock Power package that is a matched set of cams manifold and heads looks pretty good, otherwise, is you want a little more economy$, try vortec heads, or AFR or Dart Iron heads, then call the cam company of choice (crane, Lunati, Isky) and they will give you a good recomendation.
