Chrysler 3.5 v6 concorde 97

Hi John here, I have a over heating problem with my 3.5 v6 concorde I have replace both head gaskets, Had both heads shave, and pressure check both ok. Its had to new water pumps put in it. Two brand new radiators put in it. 5 or 6 thermostats put in it. And the radiator never gets hot. the heater core never gets hot. While the car is running u can remove the radiator by hand and never get burn. and water boils right out of the fill tank. top and bottom hose never gets hot. but temp gauge goes strait to hot after about 20 to 30 mins. While heads were remove i check for cracks in the block they were none. The oil is like new and no water in the tail pipe or in the engine oil. no check engine light on. Motor runs like new and has a lot of power. So whats next any clues. posted on august 4, 2011 Thanks for any help.

When you fill up the radiator do you do it with the car running and the thermostat open? If not you'll get an air bubble and it will do that.

sounds like a air lock like buddhaman said. these cars are a pain. i beleive they have a bleed. look for a plug or even something like looks like a brake bleed screw at every point hoses go into the engine if not pull a hose off on the side the antifreeze isnt getting to and try to bleed it that way. good luck.

had me wondering. just went to the engine room i have a 3.5 here and the bleed is right on the intake manifold at the front. not saying they are all the same. thermostat housing is the norm. hats of for taking those heads off though that must have sucked. not to much room in there from what i remember.
