Apply power, does it click? do all the coils have the same resistance (older ones should be in the 11-15ohm range)? If they aren't then the coil is open and it needs to be replaced. If it doesn't click the pintle or disk is stuck, without a flowbench and ultrasonic cleaner you're unlikely to get it unstuck.
what works the best is to put them in an ultrasonic cleaner with a mixture of injector cleaner and mineral spirits while pulsing the injectors, then put them on a flow bench and flush the cleaning mixture forwards and backwards while pulsing the injectors.
Oh, you might want to replace the screens in the inlets too. Replacing o-rings and pintle caps is usually a good idea also, they're cheap.
Barring that you might have some luck just soaking them in a similar solution or if the car runs you might get somewhere by putting a good injector cleaner (the chevron stuff is pretty decent) in the gas at 2x the recommended concentration.
