cleaning trans case

I have the trans apart th350. What should I use to clean it?

case

Before i had my heated jet washer i use to,,clean all the excess crud off of it. Then i would soak it with engine cleaner then power wash. You could take it to a car wash if you don't want to hog your driveway all up..

Make sure soon as you get it home to blow it all out with air.

I don't have air. Can I just let it sit. I am going to the car wash. My wife will not like the other option.

I took mine to the local tranny shop and gave hime $20 to run it through his parts cleaner. A trip through the dishwasher afterward and the thing is like brand new.
