The machine shop that machines our iron midplates is called I.D.M. I asked the secretary what that stood for and she said "I Do Machine...no really, thats it"

Forum rules do not allow me to say the name of my rear end and chassis shop, but I tell everybody to"Get your rearend on over to A.R.P!" I tell all my buddies,I'm the only guy that goes out to the shop and plays with my rear end and gets paid for it!

I will never forget a time before caller ID when I got a call at the shop from a guy with a very odd voice, cartoonish "dumb guy" like voice, he had a wrecked Gremlin. Now this car was already about 15-20 years old and you never saw one so the whole call was just dumb. I immediately thought it was a friend screwing with me. I was rude to him and hung up, don't remember what I said. About 15 minutes later there is a Gremlin out in front of the office and this really nice, very slow dude is there for me to look at his car! LOL, Never did that again I'll tell you that.

I have seen sewage trucks in several cities around here with the name HONEY WAGON.

When I lived in the T.C. there was one truck that had

IT MIGHT BE SH** TO YOU, BUT IT"S BREAD AND BUTTER TO ME.

Back in the early 70's there was a Plumber in Summit County Colorado that had a sign on his truck that read "Your S-H-** feeds my family" .
