First thing is after you get it apart you will need to get the flywheel resurfaced. Make sure the machine shop records how much was taken off the flywheel as you will have to make up the distance with flywheel shims if over .020". If this isn't done the clutch pedal will be too high or low. You should buy a "kit" with the bearings, disc and cover+ a pilot shaft to line up the disc. Be sure to install the disc in the correct position. Usually marked on disc. Clean any friction surfaces. CLEAN! Don't force the trans back into the disc. If it doesn't slip thru recheck everything and make sure the splines are lined up when you install. If you leave the trans in gear, sometimes you can turn the output shaft to align the clutch splines.
