Clutch problems

either way, im just happy for you on getting it working.
Yes i checked my flywheel and the V8 flywheel and mine is thicker, this would have made a bit of difference. But i got it to work, and it works great. Thank you all for your help. These problems can sometimes be fun to get right, but i just kept trying. Now to get my floor put back in as the 5 speed sits higher than the old 3 speed. So have some sheetmetal work to do now, but i got all winter if my eye just holds out. Hanks again for all the help.

clutch probelms too

I just posted a problem and I think mine is the same as yours. I didn't connect the two right away because I am using a hydraulic setup. But basically I still can't get enough travel to disengage the clutch disc. I am also using a t5 tranny out of an s10 and an 11inch astro clutch. SO I am going to pull my tranny and see if my clutch is binding like yours was.
