Post cobra jet heads

i have a 429 ci engine in my torino and i was wondering if it would be good to put some cobra jet heads on the engine because i hear alot about that they add some performance to the car and on the other hand some say the take away performance so i was wondering if it was a good idea to put then on.

There are a lot of pro and cons about old CJ/PI 385 heads. Regardless of the origional application, the exhaust side had serious flow restriction(s). The FRP aluminum head is the way to go if you have the bucks.
