boxed in the ends of the frame rails today after that we put the box on the frame just to see how it all looked so far. my buddy wanted to try it out for size coming along all the time,sent the block out to the machine shop today so that'll be ready in a month or so. gonna start rebuilding the carbs, i would like them chrome plated but how?so many small holes the manifold can be sent to delaware to a chromer.not sure whats going on tomorrow yet wil find something to do on it get ready to prime and paint all the frame work.

head lights
got some neat head lights off ebay old carrage lamps one needs to have the top piece soldered back on they look like something from a horse draw carrage from an old vencent price movie

got the floor boards down and the shifter and cable installed seems a little tight but hell is a dragster not a limo. little hard to stand back up i guess when i put the small roll bar in that'll give me help

so today it's only supposed to be 37 degrees at noon, so ill tackel some of interior work i guess the driver seat cushion.dimond tuff or pleating have to see what works best.will post pics later on today

Back a few years ago at a very cool show near me called the "Dream Machines" in Half Moon bay Ca I was able to get into a speed record car (I don't know what else to call it) and oh yeah baby that was tight, and I am only 160 lbs!

I guess that at 5'10" and 225#, I just would NOT have been able to try it on! (sigh). And yes, a fit like like that is more like wearing it than getting into it!
