need some help. car weighs 3200,setting up laddaer bar coil over on rear. need to know what and how heavy of spring weights and shocks i need

What is needed is the weight on each axle and then pro shocks, speedway and others have charts to help pick the correct parts. If you are a serious racer then the adjustable units are in order as we adjust the shock valving and spring rates to get the best launch possible with your combo..
