Coil over springs and shocks

I am attacking the rear end on my 34 and I will be rebuilding/replacing any parts needed. I have a couple of spings sagging and a blown out shock. I plan to replace it all with new stuff. It is early Jaguar E-type suspension. Any recommendations? I'm looking for cheap but still maintain high quality. I know you can't always have the best of both worlds but I'm just looking for some ideas. Thanks, Tim

There are many sources out there, but I have relied on these guys for decades. They've always come through....
