Coil Overs or 2"drop springs with coil Over Shocks only.
I have a 1955 BelAir 2 door sedan, 350 with a 4 speed. I read somewhere that you could use stock 2" drop springs with a coilover type shock and it would work great, I have also been told that if you buy a coilover shock and spring dont get the small block ones get the ones for a big block because they will hold car up better.
I have a 350 with 4 speed, just installed 500 CPP box, Tilt, Ididit, all new front end rebuild kit with 2 inch drop springs, my headers are Hooker Competition full length and they hang a little low, am not useing any type of drop spindals. I need to install some type of shock and also would like to add a stablizer bar front and back useing stock Control Arms with 2 inch offset contol Arm Cross Shafts. Any information will be appreciated.
I got mine from R&C for my Falcon you can adjust them up to 2" just by loosing two bolts they slide up and down pretty cool but the bolts can be hard to get to
Leroys 55 coil overs
Thanks, and I will check them out.
