i'm installing new coil springs but the springs compressors just get in the way. Is there any type of compressors that go on the inside of the spring and where can i get them? They also have to be able to fit out the hole in the bottom a arm.
our local shucks auto rents one like you need..it goes internal to the spring and the threaded rod can be fished out through the shock mount hole..I have used it with good success..
I had to use a pry bar and a shovel with mine, I know it isn't the best way of doing it but it took about 1/3 the time and if you go to any garage thats how they do it aswell. Just incase you don;t have a shock hole on your ride.
or you could try to build one with 2 plates and a threaded shaft and such just be safe
