There was some discussion of painting in the cold in this thread. I think the consensus is that the metal should be kept above 55F during spraying and for as long as possible afterward, at least 48 hours. If you have a heat lamp you can use that too, moving it around the vehicle, but for a complete paint job it's probably just better to keep the heat on for a good long while!
