I used a dremel with the little sanding discs, then final polished with the dremel rubber polishing wheel thing - easy to get a mirror like finish.

(too much spare time )

ever heard of an e-mail?

i am the jedi. i have the swortz. so give me some damn bait. lol. seriously i have just grazed over the top layer in the head pocket. it looks smooth every where even ported it. how is it that i can get that ultra smooth surface and with what do i do it?
i used a lil dremel and a small grinding wheeel smooth quick and even strokes almost shines but can fit the flapper in there to get all the surfaces? is it posible to get a cross-buffer at home depot or somewhere.or what else could i possibly use? finger sand with 300 grit?would that work? any other suggestions to get a nice finish? i beleive how it is will work but not sure i`m kinda iffy. i`d just like to get a seriously shiny surface, wha can i use?
