Went to visit my brother in Oklahoma City many years ago. My first trip to the area, and we got off the plane at 11:30 pm, and headed out to the car. It was 90 degrees, and over 90% humidity, and when I stepped out of the terminal it stopped me in my tracks!
Everyone else kept walking, and soon realized I was nowhere in sight. They turned around and asked why I wasn't coming, and I told them I couldn't breathe in that humidity! Took me a day or two to get used to the combination of high heat and humidity. Take a shower, step outside, and instantly the shower was a waste of time.

September 1982, I had a new Kawasaki Spectre 1100 and decided to drive to Scottsdale AZ to visit a friend from high school. I left MN on a worknight around 6 pm after a day of work and drove all night. The next day in OK it got hot and I put on the only T shirt I had with. Most of the few clothes were for cool fall weather in MN. Anyway, I'm going across the pan handle of TX and fell asleep and almost went off the road so I stopped in Amarillo around 3:30 in the afternoon and got a room. It was about 97°. I slept until 8:00, took a shower got something to eat and was on the road again by 9:00. It was still fairly warm even though it had gotten dark but I hadn't gone very far before I felt chilly in the T shirt. I stopped and put on a long sleeve flannel shirt. That lasted about another 1/2 hour and I stopped to put on my denim jacket. By Midnight I was so cold coming into New Mexico that I had on every shirt I had with plus my jacket. I couldn't believe it could go from 97° to freezing !! Long story short, the next day I started shedding shirts in AZ and finally got down to my T shirt again and realized my arms looked like cooked lobster from the previous day. The only long sleeve shirt I had was flannel. I rolled into a mall in Scottsdale around 12:30 that afternoon with that flannel shirt on. It was 112° !!!! I parked in front of a department store and went in to buy some T shirts. Many of the people on the sidewalk stared at me and then walked around the back of the bike to see where the heck this lunatic came from. I had to laugh when they shook there head like " oh yeah, MN". I had never experienced heat like that before and it felt good to walk into an air conditioned building.....for about 10 minutes until I felt warm again and found out that the A/C was set on 82° and never shut off at that...

Yep it gets HOT there! It can in California too, I had just rebuilt the motor and painted my 65 Skylark and headed off to Oregon to visit my kids (little kids my ex-wife had moved to Oregon ) and about in the middle of the trip in Red Bluff it was 110 or so, the car was overheating do to a clogged filter I had put in the upper rad hose. I literally had a 3/8" upper rad hose because of this clog! That poor thing was boiling over the whole way! It was a brand new motor, probably took half of it's life on that trip.

It is different and could be cool with some finishing touchs and paint. The running board/step should sweep up just behind the front door to flow with the fenders more and that fan is just plain butt ugly. Some graphics on the sides to tie it together might help too.

Hard to judge detail from that pic but it appears to have some decent work melding the 2 cabs together.

Although it does show ingenuity, and some building skill, it's still ugly, and a waste of time to my eye. I could see a quad cab done with the whole cab the same height, so the roof and body lines flow, but that double decker affair is sure not my idea of a nice look.
