Comments on new build

Building a new motor this fall. It will be a virgin "511" 400 2-bolt block with all the neccessary machine work made to do 420cid. The rotating assembly will be an Eagle 3.875" steel crank, Eagle 6" h-beam rods, Ross 4.155 6cc flattops (already have) and C&A ZGS rings. The camshaft I am looking at is a Crane: http://www.cranecams.com/?show=brows...tType=camshaft. Another is a Lunati: http://www.holley.com/data/Products/Technical/60112.pdf. Both will have 1.6 rockers. The reason for both is for vaccum requirements (15 inches at 900 rpm). The heads will be Dart Iron Eagle Platinum 215cc with 72cc chambers (flow 289/214). I have to run a cast iron head plus my existing Sportsman's (flow 268/188) will cost too much to get the Dart numbers. The intake will be my existing Dart Kool Kan and for a carburetor, I'm looking about a 850cfm as my 750 Speed Demon might be too small now. For headers, going to 1 3/4 headers (if can find) as 1 5/8 will be too small. The rest of the accessories will come off of the 408 (oil pan, ignition, pieces of valvetrain, etc). Hoping to gain a good 70hp on the motor and possibly spray another 150-200hp to go up one class. What do you guys think of it?
