Competion Engineering Drag Shocks

I just bought some drag shocks. The instructions say to rotate the barrell of the shock for several revolutions after clicks are heard with the shock compressed. I did that and now they dont click and dont seem to adjust. Did I do something wrong here. They seem to be set to 90/10 now which is what I want but one seems a little easier than the other.
