Compression calculator
 
This is probably an easy one but Im going to ask it anyhow.....because Im not sure.

If you have a flat top piston with a 5cc double eyebrow valve relief. When you input that info into the calculator would you use 5 or -5??

depends on the calculator.. KB just used 5 as they use a - 5 to represent a dome.. most i would say use a -5 for a relief in the piston.. {non dome} best thing to do is put the figure in and see what you got, if it looks to high with a - infront of number, then just use 5..

Do that first with a motor's known c.r., otherwise you could be just fooling yourself... :thumbup:
