I'm trying to help him. I've received a lot of help on this board since I've started coming here, so I'm trying to return the favor.

Is there something wrong with that?

Check out the Dump. He's been "building" about a half dozen different engines and has apparently been a lot less than truthful.

I'm was just stopping by and I checked out the 'dump'. It looks like he is just trying to learn and ask questions. Thats how you learn, we have all been there before.

He's a kid, he's learning. I pushed a little for being more truthful and forming a question properly, the rest is up to him. I think he'll be ok. Hopefully we (the mods here) won't have to dump anymore posts. Give him a chance. Dan

It would be a whole lot easier if he would learn: A) How to use the spell checker, B) how to type using complete words and sentences, and C) How to ask intelligent questions without lying.

I remember when I was 13 years old and picked up a Hot Rod magazine at the drug store. I sat down at the soda counter to drink my cherry coke and ran across the word "manifold". I asked my dad what it was, he didn't know. I asked the old neighbor guy, he didn't know. So I got on my bike and pedaled up to the Sohio station on the corner and asked the mechanic. Well, I got an earfull and have been hooked ever since.

Young man, we all needed some help at your age and we all built motors in the air from dreams. Press on and read all you can. If you don't understand something, ask here and one of us will do our best to outline the description of the piece and its intended purpose.

Persistence is the only thing that works.
