Compressor not Running
I have a Campbell Hausfeld compressor from Sears that was running fine and then I didn’t use it for a few months. I went to use it about a month ago and it just would not run. Whenever I switch it on it sounds like the electric motor is straining and trying to run but it doesn’t do anything except make the sound like its trying to turn. It does this for about 5 seconds and then the breaker cuts out. I know the circuit in our house is not a problem because we used the compressor for about 5 years on it. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this compressor?
