me and my freind went to wal-mart lastnight to pick up some goodies and as we were walking we caught sight of this goodlookin girl that was working in layaway. my freind is getting married so their wasnt any argument in who was going to have to get her number-sounds simple right-wrong!! the mission went mustang only after a few minutes of me talking to her. she acted very interested in me but when i asked if she would like to do something later she told me i would have to ask her boyfreind for permission -im thinkin"dang!!! the package has been opened long before i got here" so i then tried to cut my losses and retriet to find more prominent targets but she seems like she doesnt want to stop talking to me. so i ask her if i could leave my number with her and she said yes and she almost did summersalts with joy is this the same girl that blew me off 2 minutes ago???she took my number and programed it into her phone and also put it on paper in her purse. boy am i confused!! i know if a girl was asking me out, the last thing i would do is tell her to ask my girlfriend.!! whats this girls motives shes really got me stumped-ill probably not persue her but ive never seen a girl use these battle tactics. i must find countermeasures for if this situation ever arises in the future.

I've been down this road far too many times. Most likely she was just trying to be nice after letting you down. It seems as though they feel that it hurts our feelings to badly to just outright tell us that they are not interested. In your case, it was the continued conversation and her taking your #.

thats exactly what i thought 78nm but her excitment to get my # was something ive never seen before-and trust me ive had my share of turndowns i quess if we do endup going out ill just have to make sure she has a good time if not-ohh well its not like theirs not a girl every ten feet in this town.
