Consew or Chandler???

I picked up 2 Industrial Sewing Machines today....
A Consew 105 and a Chandler(model #67-gk373)
They both have reverse and walking foot.
I have been looking around on the net, but haven't found much info other than replacement parts(needles, etc)
I would like to know if these are a decent buy or not.
Thanks,
WEIMER

I havent heard of the Chandler but I've used the consew and haven't had the best of luck with it. I would agree that Phaff is probably in the top running along with Juki.

Its Pfaff.....

Im not familiar with those model numbers. BUt I have a Consew and it has been my only sewing machine in my full time upholstery business for over 6 years. Ive used it to sew through wood and everything. I love it. Its a Consew 226R by the way.

As far as I know, all of the sewing machines that the Navy parachute riggers use are Consew. I asked my PR buddy about which one to purchase and he says there are a few but he's used to the Consew. Not much help really but another comment.
