constant whitish blue smoke

I HAVE A 94 FULL SIZE BLAZER WITH A 350 AND AFTER IT WARMS UP IT HAS CONTINUOUS WHITISH BLUE SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE EXHAUST .I`VE BEEN READING EVERYBODYS MESSAGE BUT WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS CAN I SLAP SOME BRAND NEW VORTECH HEADS ON AND WILL THAT STOP THE SMOKE?

Maybe, might be a good idea to find where the water is coming from first.

well blue is oil, so if you're seeing that constantly, its most likely rings or (less likely) shot valve guides and seals.

How long have you owned the truck? Have you maintained it properly? HOw many miles are on it? What has the life of the truck been like? Did it used to smoke just on startup?

If you are seeing a mix of white and blue smoke it could be your head gaskets. But if its just a light bluish smoke then most likely your rings. It could be in your valves but its more common to smoke on startup if its your stem seals.
