I used a hammer and a pipe the diameter of the bushing on 2, and the other side i used the help of a hydraulic jack, Redneck press
The jack worked better, but you run a good risk of bending stuff.
Bushings in the freezer sounds like a good idea Make em shrink.
Also seen someone mention in an old post to put vasaline on em.
