conventional gun recommendation

Need help in gun selection. Looking for an inexpensive conventional gun since my compressor will not handle hvlp (8.5cfm @40psi). This gun will be for a base/clear job and I probably will not paint again for some time. Hopefully there is something out there like the HF purple gun, but conventional spray. Thanks in advance for you advise.

What kind of compressor do you have? You can get a good Devilbiss FinishLine pretty reasonable.
