Cool old scratch built

Not a hot rod...just a scratch built car originally constructed 70 years ago and now owned by Jay Leno.

Now that is really Neat! There were lots of things like that done back in those days ...... and most of them got cut up or buried or something. I am glad that this one is being preserved.

The part about a 17 yo being able to go to the DMV and get tags for the car is the part that really got me. I can not imagine that being possible at least not here in NYS, where there's the easy way (which no one knows, or they will tell you that can not be done) and the government way which will take time money ,and finally they will say you can't do it....
