corvette column

can I get a 76 corvette tilt /tele steering column to fit in my 50 chevy truck? if so what brackets would I need? I am going with a mustang II front suspension with rack and pinion steering. do they just make some universal couplings and shafts?

I cannot answer your ? directly but here goes. The length is what matters. Measure to see if when lined up where you want it at the dash will it reach through the fire wall where you want it to exit. You will have to fab a dash mount but floor mounts are available. Yes Flaming river makes just about any combo of u-joint you could want. Hope this helps.
