corvette frame
 

Does anyone have a source for a frame for a 69 corvette? I realize a corvette site may have more info, just thought I'd see if anyone has a source they may have used before. Thanks for any input. :)

I Would build my own.. But you may be able to get one from Art Morrison.. ;)

I've considered building one, but this is for a friend of mine, not sure how much time/coin he wants to invest. There must be a number of frame suppliers out there. :)

My friend talked to David Crane on Monday, a shiny black powder-coated frame is on it's way!! Next....lifting the body off...... :sweat:

I took my 68 off the frame, what fun!!!!! If you have a forkcliff, it makes it much easier, still time consuming....

My friend bought the "strap kit" to lift the body. I have plenty of overhead support and an ancient-but-trusty 2-ton chain hoist, should be interesting..... :D

Are you looking for a stock frame or an aftermarket one? There are usually stacks of used frames at the various Corvette vendors at Carlisle.
