Corvette rear end in Ford

I am putting a C4 rear end in my 37, I have narrowed it and replaced the uni-spring and put in Aldin coil overs. Having trouble getting chassis level, I have the coil overs set up at same angle and same amount of turns on springs. The chassis with the body on sits about 1/4" out of level from side to side. Any ideas or am I being totally anal. I have checked tire pressures and aligned best I can with measuring multiple ponts and squareing wheels to floor. Been banging my head on this for a while now. Its not a show car but it will be a very nice driver, so I want it to sit right and not be a problem. Any feed back will be appreciated
